BOOT CAMP The girls will get expert skill training and tips from rep coaches for tryouts. Learn how to be a positive team member and leader on the court. Build the confidence you need for tryouts.

Combine beach and indoor to make it a full day.

Every year, we try to increase the fun meter by adding themed activities,  new team building concepts while delivering the latest techniques in youth skill development.

With our outdoor 4 court beach facility, this year half day camps may be combined to make a full day. Spend half day indoors and half outdoors playing beach volleyball. Please note session times below have been adjusted to accommodate those parents who would like to have their child participate in a full day. (lunch supervision will be provided)



TIME: 9 am-12 pm (indoor session) 1pm to 4pm (beach session)
This session is designed for girls 7 to 11. These players may be brand new to the sport or will have limited volleyball experience. Lighter balls and lower nets will be used as needed. (8:30am early drop off available)

TIME: 1 pm-4 pm (indoor session) 9am to 12pm (beach session)
This session is for girls ages 12 to 16 (8:30am early drop off available)

Indoor & Beach Camp Location: Trinity Christian School, 2170 Itabashi Way, Burlington

What we will do at camp:

Skill instruction: serving, passing, setting, hitting, and appropriate footwork
Game knowledge: Rules of the game & game situation drills.

Skill assessment: Athletes will be placed in groups according to their existing skill level to progress all athletes at the appropriate pace.

Emphasis is on sportsmanship and being part of a team. Daily prizes and giveaways are presented to participants for exemplary efforts throughout the camp.

BEACH SESSIONS : will have an emphasis on beach fundamentals and strategies to play beach 4’s and beach 6’s (no beach 2’s will be played)

Coaches: VG Coaches; OVA Certified Club Coaches
Volunteers: VG & OVA senior players provide technical role models.

Camp Essentials: OUTDOORS – sunscreen, sunglasses, towel, (healthy lunch for full day campers) snacks, water bottle, change of clothes, be prepared for rain. INDOORS – healthy snack, water, non marking runners, knee pads optional.

REUNDS – no summer camp refunds after June 10th, 2020
 Camp participants may transfer to another VG Summer camp program if space is available and if notification is received in writing no later than 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening prior to the first day of the camp week the child is enrolled.

AS WE NOW ENTER PHASE #3 IN HALTON, VolleyGirls will be opening the indoor program registration. Please note that if the COVID numbers raise then we will take the program outdoors and the girls will play on grass courts.
