VolleyGirls Academy
Our Academy program is created for girls ages 9 – 12 who are looking to learn, develop and improve on their volleyball skills. Our curriculum is a higher intensity program that prepares athletes for school and OVA club tryouts. Training is geared towards a typical club practice by our experienced and encouraging coaches. In addition to providing our athletes with a better understanding of volleyball, our coaches will work on mentoring each participant and help them build their confidence and self esteem in a positive environment.
2024 Summer Academy
We will be running a 20 session program commencing sometime late May – mid August. Training will be twice a week (Mondays and Wednesdays) for both the junior and senior groups. Dates TBD.
TRYOUT SCHEDULE:
Saturday May 4, 2024
Junior (ages 9 – 10) – 4:30 – 5:30pm
Senior (ages 11 – 12) – 5:45pm – 6:45pm
LOCATION: Trinity Christian School, Burlington
AND (must attend both tryout dates)
Sunday May 5, 2024
Junior (ages 9 – 10) – 3:30pm – 4:30pm
Senior (ages 11 – 12) – 4:45pm – 5:45pm
LOCATION: Tansley Wood Community Centre, Burlington
