Beach Volleyball | Ages 8 to 16

2024 Beach Volleyball Program

SUNDAYS – 10 weeks 

Come play in the sand! VolleyGirls Beach Volleyball programs are designed to find the perfect balance between the challenging nature of the sport and the fun of playing in the sand. Participants are grouped according to age and skill level but we do our best to keep friends together. Our coaches focus on strengthening players’ core skills and understanding of the game through various drills. Training will focus on improving their bumping, setting, hitting, serving skills that are also used in the indoor game.

JUNIOR: Ages 8 – 12
11am – 12pm (ages 8 – 10)
12pm – 1pm (ages 10 – 12) – FULL!
(4 x 4) lower nets, lighter balls
The program includes 45 minutes of instruction and 15 minutes of modified games. The girls will learn the basics of beach volleyball along with movement exercises in the sand and the terms and definitions associated with the game.
Program fee: $250 + HST (one hour) 

SENIOR: Ages 12+ 
1:30pm – 3pm (ages 12+)
3pm – 4:30pm (ages 13+) 
(4 x 4) gameplay
The program includes 30 minutes of instruction and 60 minutes of games. The girls will learn the technical and tactical components of the beach volleyball game and enjoy some fun competition in the competitive cauldron games.
Program fee: $275 + HST (1.5 hours) 

Inclement Weather Policy

Our Beach Volleyball Program will run rain or shine.  We will consider cancelling  only in extreme and unpredicted weather circumstances such as torrential downpour and severe thundershowers.

Location: Trinity Christian School, 2170 Itabashi Way, Burlington. (The beach volleyball courts are located behind the school)
