VolleyGirls House League consists of a combination of skill development and gameplay for girls ages 12 to 16. The first 30 minutes is focused on teaching the fundamentals and gameplay for the last hour. This program is suited for those who have some volleyball experience and are looking to improve their skills and play games. Our goal at VolleyGirls is to create a supportive and fun environment where girls can thrive both on and off the court while developing fundamental skills, teamwork, and self-confidence.
