House League
VolleyGirls House League is the ideal program for girls ages 11 to 16 who have little to some volleyball experience and are ready to take their skills to the next level. Designed to balance skill-building with fun and friendly play, this engaging program offers a supportive space where athletes can grow, connect, and have fun.
Each session begins with 30 – 45 minutes of focused training, where players work closely with coaches to sharpen their core techniques such as serving, passing, setting, and hitting. Following the skill portion, the athletes take to the court for structured gameplay. These matches give participants the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in real-game situations, encouraging teamwork, communication, and confidence under pressure.
The House League environment emphasizes personal growth just as much as athletic progress. With an emphasis on positivity, inclusion, and love for the game, our coaches create a space where players feel supported, challenged, and excited to return each week. Whether you’re preparing for school tryouts or simply want more time on the court with friends, VolleyGirls House League offers the perfect mix of development and fun.
