Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations greater than 14 days before the program commences, will be refunded less a $30 +HST administration fee. Request must be sent by email to admin@volleygirls.ca
- Requests for cancellations within two weeks before the program commences, will be provided a credit less a $15 administrative fee. The credit will be good for one (1) calendar year and can be applied to any future VG programs.
Please note that NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be issued once a program commences.
If an unforeseen medical condition prevents your child from participating in the program, an email; accompanying a doctor’s note must be sent to Jacquie info@volleygirls.ca for review.
Summer Camp
NO SUMMER CAMP REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 7th, 2024.
- Cancellations prior to June the 7th are subject to a $30 +HST admin fee.
- We will provide a credit for cancellations after June the 7th, less a $15 administrative fee. The credit will be good for one year.
- Camp participants may transfer to another summer camp week if space is available. A request must be received by email admin@volleygirls.ca
- If you have registered for a week long camp (half or full day) and your child is unable to attend due to illness or, please note that no refunds will be issued
If an unforeseen medical condition prevents your child from participating in a camp, a written notice; accompanying a doctor’s note must be sent to Jacquie Wilson at info@volleygirls.ca for review.
