Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations greater than 14 days before the program start date will be refunded less a $30 +HST administration fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to admin@volleygirls.ca.
- Requests for cancellations within two weeks (14 days) before the program start date, will receive a credit less a $15 administrative fee. The credit will be good for one (1) calendar year and can be applied to any future VolleyGirls program.
Please note that NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be issued once a program commences.
If an unforeseen medical condition prevents your child from participating in the program, an email; accompanying a doctor’s note must be sent to admin@volleygirls.ca for review. Any refund or credit in these circumstances will be determined at the discretion of VolleyGirls.
Summer Camp
NO SUMMER CAMP REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 5, 2026.
- Cancellations prior to June 5, 2026 are subject to a $30 +HST admin fee.
- We will provide a credit for cancellations after June 5th, less a $15 administrative fee. The credit will be good for one year.
- Camp participants may transfer to another summer camp week IF space is available. A request must be received by email to admin@volleygirls.ca
- If you have registered for a week long camp (half or full day) and your child is unable to attend due to an illness/injury or family circumstances, please reach out to us at admin@volleygirls.ca
